That is why I created The Womanpreneur Within a place that is committed to helping women to Connect, Live, and Grow. Through The Womanpreneur Within I offer my Coaching Skills to help you go from stuck to taking charge of your life. It’s never too late to do so! I love what I do and truly enjoy seeing smiles on the faces of people who've talked with me and now know where to start.
The services provided by me and my client's are face-to-face or telephone-coaching and/or video, as agreed jointly with client. My Coaching techniques address specific personal projects, business successes, relationships or general conditions in the client's life or profession. Other coaching services include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests or suggestions for action.
What Is Soul Coaching?
100% CONFIDENTIAL & NON-JUDGEMENTAL. Soul Coaching is about a relationship between the coach and client. It’s about creating the Life/Relationship that you want. Coaching also holds you accountable. It’s up to you the client to make the changes necessary for your growth. ACTION is key to reaching your highest potential! Coaching is not necessarily about showing you anything new because we ALL know what we need to do right? But Coaching does allow for your awareness and perspectives to broaden so that you can have a different outlook on yourself and the world around you.
What Coaching Isn’t: Coaching is not Counseling, Therapy, or Advice. Soul Coaching- Focuses on self-development, goals, actions, and accountability.
Throughout the working relationship, I will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client understands that successful coaching requires a co-active collaborative approach between client and coach. In the coaching relationship, the coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.
